In addition to our in house training programs, all appraisers are required to complete the courses required to maintain their license in the State of New Jersey.  Their work must conform to the Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and ethics of the Appraisal Institute.  We expect the same excellence of our employees that our clients expect of us!

We provide commercial appraisal services throughout the state of New Jersey and the five boroughs and residential appraisals in Ocean, Monmouth, Mercer, Middlesex, Morris, Somerset, Union, Essex, Passaic, Bergen and Hudson counties.
